That's not really what I meant. I kept my X way back when the X was new (July 2010) and the battery was horrible. Discovering the apps that were draining my battery fixed my issues and I was glad that I kept the X...back then. Now I very happily own the Bionic and have done the same with it, figuring out how to get 24 hours of my extended battery, doing everything I want with the phone. All of these super phones are going to draw a lot of juice, so you've got to figure out what the problematic apps are instead of returning and waiting for whatever comes next.
I know what you meant, I was just having some fun. I am a fairly heavy phone user, lots of calls, 3 Imap email accounts, 2 gmail accounts (very low volume on these two), talk radio podcast daily and never play games or movies. On most days I can bump charge the phone every time I get in the car (dash mount) but this weekend I will fly to go see my grandchildren in an all Apple household. This means that I will be heckled when I must retrieve one of my chargers to make it past 2:00PM as my son grabs his Iphone and says "I haven't charged this since yesterday" Extended battery was better but I didn't like the bulk. I do hope some app and OS updates will make it better but didn't want to take the chance. There are some powerful phones ready to launch that I am looking forward to them but will try to wait for customer reviews before jumping in. Who knows, maybe I will compare all and get the Bionic again, only time will tell.
