Quick question regarding returns within the 14 days at costco. Maybe this is more of a question regarding VZW, rather than costco. I bought the bundle last weekend, but I'm on the fence about whether I want to keep the phone. Overall I think the phone has a lot of great aspects, but the screen is just bugging me. Not that its bad, but im a bit sensitive to the differences between the coloration when I use my other devices. I can't help but feel a little let down.
If I return within the 14 days, what is costcos general process? Do you just return it like any other item or do you go directly to the VZW booth in the store? Also, I assume my contract will be cancelled and I will be back to month to month, eligible for a 2 year contract price? Does everything about my old service stay the same? unlimited data, etc?
Don't mean to derail the thread, but it is costco related.
