I pre ordered the gray one when pre order open and got shipping date on 08/17 but until now I haven't see any gray one on YouTube or any site. Maybe possible delay?

Haven't seen any either. I'll wait until more review come out since it doesn't come with any gifts like Samsung phone.

The earliest shipping date for the grey model is 8/17. I believe that affects everyone.

I pre-ordered from Newegg on 7/10 and I just got the email confirmation and the Charge to my card, so here hoping for the best and that they will also send it today.

Since day 1 they were the only ones saying that the shipping day was 8/15 and not 8/17 like the rest, so in worst case scenario they are sending shipments on Monday so people get the phones on official release date, 8/17, so a nice surprise will be for them to send it today and I receive it on Monday.

I've got the gold one and I love it. There are a few things like the camera and software that bug me but it's all fixable through software updates.

Got the same e-mail and it said it would ship in 24-48 hours. Hope you're right and it gets here before the 17th.

How good is Newegg return policy? Amazon shipping time is far too long and so is Best Buy. Man probably should have check Neweggs earlier. I still don't want to pay tax though.

I might be wrong, but I think New Egg will only let you exchange a defective device, not get a refund if you simply do not like the phone.

This is correct. I spoke with a Newegg supervisor last week and he confirmed this. Even though the product page says 30 day return there is a statement 2 lines down that states the phone falls under the Standard Return Policy. Reading this policy states no refunds are allowed on a non contract phone. Supervisor confirmed this.

This has been discussed already but no matter what Newegg says about their own return Policy, all Axon 2.0 bought from them have ZTE's Passport 2.0 Warranty included and it includes a 35 days Money Back Guarantee.

What does the Passport 2.0 warranty cover?

I'm not sure if it's for every phone no matter where they were sold or just from specific resellers. I think Best Buy should know about it and answer that question for you.

I pre-ordered mine 7/14 and am still waiting. I was charged when I placed the order. I'm like a kid on Christmas Eve night. The suspense is killing me! My order still says "processing."
