Well, I gave AT&T a 30 day trial and decided to come right back to the excellent service that I've always had with T-Mobile.

Since it was only 30 days, T-Mobile was able to bring my phone number right back and give me the same three lines for $100 that I had before.

I just couldn't handle not being able to make a call half the time at my house and not being able to use LTE also. WiFi calling only works if you have a strong enough signal and many times at home my phone would drop to no signal on AT&T. I will never give AT&T another trial. It's been 11 years since I first tried them and they still can't get me reliable service at my house.

T-Mobile for the win. ALWAYS!

Do you own your own phones that you were able to carry back over to the original carrier or did you have to return phones and get new ones? Just curious

I had only ported out one line to AT&T to give them a chance and kept the other two lines right where they were on T-Mobile. I also had two phones that I was paying on and paid them off just before I ported out the number just in case AT&T had changed and had gotten better and I decided to port out the other two lines or just close the account completely.

The Note 8 was paid for outright on launch day. I was paying on a iPhone 7+ and an iPhone SE. I don't plan on buying any more devices till at least the fall with the next Note or maybe next year with the next S series Samsung.

Also, the plan on AT&T was a bring my own device plan so I all my phones are unlocked so I just signed up with an iPhone 6S+. I didn't buy a new phone on AT&T.

I'm getting into just buying unlocked phones now.

That's a great way to go. I have mine financed at present but may be paying some off early. Got a 30p off on both s9Plus phones

Always good to look around. I've been on all 4 and simply will use whoever works for me service and money wise. I don't have loyalty to any of them since most don't care about us.

I tried at&t also but came back fast to TMobile.

Nothing against at&t but TMobile is a better fit for me, both in terms of coverage and price.
