Question Backing up FRP blocked phone

Hey everyone! I have a quick question that requires a quick answer.

I have an FRP blocked tablet. I'm not worried about the FRP lock i just want to know if it's possible to backup the rom when it's in FRP lockdown.

A simple yes or no will suffice. I'm not looking for an unlock soloution .

Anyone know?

Nope. FRP means the phone is completely locked down and will not be able to connect to anything unless the right credentials are presented to unlock. Even with a manufacturer repair dock it would be the same case.
