Android Central Question

So, here's the deal. I bought a redmi note 5 pro, factory reset it via recovery, installed orangefox and a custom rom (pixel experience plus with gapps) but it turns out the phone is FRP locked. So, i wiped everything and reinstalled lineageOS without gapps. Now, the phone works fine, there's no FRP lock since there are no gapps in lineageOS but i still would like to remove that FRP lock from the phone in case i want to go back to pixel experience or any other custom rom with gapps.
The question is can configure everything in the system (lineageOS), connect the phone to my computer and send an ADB command to remove FRP
adb shell content insert --uri content://settings/secure --bind name:s:user_setup_complete --bind value:s:1
This way, lineageOS will act as some form of a configuration file as it is the case with Samsung phones and remove FRP. Or it's not going to work?
