Backlight reverts to 2 seconds

Hey all!

My backlight time is constantly reverting back to 2 seconds. I keep putting It on 30 seconds but I'm not sure how to fix the issue. .. I have the apex launcher installed but I don't know I'd that would affect the backlight or not

Factory Data Reset. if that doesn't work I bet its that launcher. I have been using Nova for 2 years with no issues!

Thanks! I tried both and have figured out it was the Lightflow app ... uninstalled it and the problen stopped. Re installed and the problem started again
