Backup assistant plus error

Error code pops up constantly. Sync always fails whether I'm on Wi-Fi, or 4g.Can't find it in apps list.

My fault. I never used the "Cloud" and didn't realize it was the actual app was looking for. I didn't have the sync settings to Wi-Fi and 4g data, so that's why I was getting sync failed error. Seems fine now.
