backup issues!

I keep getting notified that my photos are not being backed up to my Google account.. I have high quality unlimited images selected

You're set to only backup over wifi... your status icons do not show you connected to wifi.

stupid question: Did you open up google photo's to see if they're actually there, in the google photos app? Perhaps getting the error, is an error?

My only other suggestion would be to goto; Settings>Accounts>Google>Then Click on Email Account>Scroll Down to "Sync Google Photos" and make sure its on there. Outside of that, maybe delete google account, and then add it new again.

Unless Tapatalk is hiding part of his post, "Still not backing up.." does not address whether or not wifi makes a difference...

That may have been his meaning, but that's not what it says...so I brought it up again.

It's set to back up via wifi or mobile data, and I checked the photos app on my phone and the computer
