Backup using Samsung Account error.

Did the software update message come up by itself or did you get it some other way?
 
Nothing here. I'm on Vodafone UK

I'm in U.K but use an Unbranded purchased from Samsung s7 edge.

I use Vodafone U.K and o2 although I do not think this update would be hindered by a branded phone.

Keep pulling down your notifications screen as mine just appeared a few mins ago. Try turning flight mode On and Off.
 
Tried the flight mode as mentioned but still nothing. It's gonna be a long night waiting for it.
 
Ok. I'll just keep waiting. What's a few more hours when I've already waited a couple of weeks :)
 
Guys i live in Lithuania and have same problem Backup using Samsung Account error when its going to fix?????
 
I have this response from Samsung support

Kindly know that we have found an error in the Samsung Cloud server for which we have released an urgent update. Please know that you will be receiving the Update notification once a day until you perform the update.

If by any chance you do not receive the notification, please make sure that you do not have the notifications blocked in Device Settings > Notifications > Samsung Cloud

But I'm still not getting the notification
 
That link just sent me to samsung.com
The link still works you just need to select Galaxy apps to open it
