If I brought a SG# with a bad ESN could it be possible to have it on straight talk? I found one on ebay at a decent price and was just wondering if that was possible, I asked the person selling it and they had no clue.

If it's stolen then it's probably a good idea to cut your losses and get rid of it. You may face criminal charges depending on the state. If the previous owner just didn't pay their bill then no one cares besides that respective carrier. You can flash it to your carrier (if cdma) or unlock it to use with a different sim.
