Bad reception after superclean + dl09 stock kernel

Hi

Anyone experiencing bad 3g reception after flashing with dl09 kernel + superclean rom? I am going in and out of 3G all the time. :-\

Do I need to reflash the kernel or rom with something else? not sure which one to flash? Any input? Thanks

I would recommend checking your signal numeric values to see if it really is the signal, or the software. Settings - About Phone - Status. Signal should be somewhere between -70dbm and -99dbm range, if more than that, then the signal is weak, try to check when you actually catch the 3g.

i would reccomend getting rid of stupid dl09.

try adrynalyne's 12/30 DJ05/DL09 kernel in ROM manager under sonofskywalker. that one has been pretty solid for me and far better than the stock kernel. I actually had issues with the gps when I first switched over to DL09 with the stock kernel, and I flashed back to adrynalyne's 12/30 kernel and all was well again

I did the OTA DL09 so radio was already flashed.

I am going to try it... i'm abit bummed out with this 3g in and out.

dj05 is much more reliable, has all the fixes that dl09 is supposed to address, and it wont break your phone. if you havent already gotten the pc connection issue, you will if you keep flashing dl09 stuff. some people got it right away, some didnt until they started flashing other dl09 stuff. so dj05 fixes all the issues that dl09 fixes and it doesnt break your phone.

I just dropped stupid fast 1.54 for 12/30, due to signal issues. It is immediately noticeable that I am more consistently at 3g, compared to the previous build and stock where I was constantly dropping between 3g and 1x. This would leave me at the end of a 9 hour day requiring a charge, while only using my phone lightly throughout the time frame.

I will also update as I use and test.
