I just got hit by the bad batch of sandisk micro sdxc 64Gb class 10 cards (Jan 13 Amazon.com) I will get a replacement but I am wondering abour which brand is the most reliable. I thought Sandisk was. Any thoughts on this board? Unfortunately, I ordered an Adata card off Amazon before I had another board responder tell me that he had an Adata go bad after a month. I use a stock Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and use it as my portable "desktop". It's a beast of a phone.

Kingston and PNY are good cards. But Samsung phones are starting to be notorious for eating SD cards.

Sandisk are usually good, I'd also use Lexar.

Sounds like Amazon shipped a bunch of faulty cards, they tend to do that. They sent me a package of 3 broken HDMI cables (1 out of 3 kind of works but not at 1080p where it was advertised as 1080p). :P

I've had good luck with SanDisk and pny bought inside a best buy or office depot. Like 3 years old good luck. Best buy will price match amazon if you don't mind paying tax. I wouldn't mind to pay tax to be able to easily return/exchange the item if things went wrong.
