Hi, replaced my Huawei p30 pro broken display with a new display and frame not a hard job at all, I glued the ear speaker into its position with T9000 glue let it fully dry put the phone back together then made a call and it sounded awful,is there anything I can do to improve the sound, cheers guys.

While you consider it easy to do something like replace a smartphone screen/digitizer, it's one thing to tear down and put a phone back together, but another to do the same so the phone is restored with its full functionality. I've never found it easy to tear down a phone and put it back together properly without a lot of effort and patience. Plus things like restoring seals to retain water resistance features are challenging, and all the glues and adhesives now used instead of mechanical fasteners to be a more than annoying.
In your instance, hopefully it's just something like a loose connector between the speaker and the logic board. Is the sound problem only occurring with the phone's internal speaker or is it also affecting Bluetooth headphones, or both?

Try tearing down your phone again and reassemble it, paying extra attention to the connectors and that there's nothing pressing up against the motherboard that wasn't previously.
