Baked Snack v2.0?

Quick question. I used this ROM a couple times before any type of Froyo update. But I haven't used it in a long time. Now, when I go to the Baked Snack website, it shows four different kernels. Are those okay to use with EB13? Right now, I'm about to flash Baked Snack 2.1. So I just kinda wanted to know. Thanks! Oh and I donated also. :)

The one included in Baked Snack 2.1 is already overclock ready with the undervolt also. Hero_Over said he was going to put up some new kernels in steps or versions as he used to do, I'm not sure if he has yet..

Okay... quick question. Say I just ODIN my phone back to EB13. It has ClockworkMOD 3.0.0.6. I let it start up, then I shut my phone off and installed Baked Snack 2.1. Then did the menu fix. Then did the EB13 Clock/Alarm restore. My phone doesn't want to let some of the apps run. It keeps force closing them. Did I do something wrong? Am I supposed to do something before hand? I really want to try this ROM but if it makes my phone useless then I rather just stick to Stock. I don't like any other ROM out there except for midNIGHT ROM but I'm just tired of flashing this and that. HELP PLEASE?

P.S. While I was trying to type all of this out, my phone restarted twice... :/

I love this ROM. Pure awesomesauce.

Quick question: I flashed the gingerbread theme that was mentioned in the thread. When using the stock messaging app and typing in the contact manually, I cannot see the names. Black font on black background, I suppose. However, the settings on the launcher have white font, unlike stock snack 2.1.

Is this the theme that is contains the issue? Should I chose another theme, or is there a simpler way of resolving this.

(Either way, I still love this ROM!)

Yes there is a bug in the message app where the names don't show as your typing them in. Should be fixed in next version or you can try and flash a CIQ Removal compliant theme. (Honeycomb Fusion 1.1) from XDA will not fix this either, same problem.

Here is the Google Clock (Honeycomb version)

Google Desk Clock (Not a flashable!! Place on sdcard and use file explorer to install the file from sdcard.)

To install this, do I follow these steps:

1) ODIN to EB13 with clockworkmod 3.0.0.6
2) Boot into CWM and let it do its EXT4 conversion
3) Flash bakedsnack2.0
4) Flash Menufix
5) Let it boot up and then install Google Desk Clock
6) Keep SetCPU to 1ghz (overclocking is unstable)

am i missing anything or is there anything that is incorrect?

After you flash BS, you will automatically reboot. If you don't then still do a boot cycle let the ROM boot. Then return to CWM to flash the menu fix and continue onward. :)
