Band 12 T-Mobile support?

Is there anyone here who use T-Mobile can comment about this? My area had band 12 support and I got nothing in my Active (use *#0011# to check). Not sure why since the Active support band 12 and also got VoLTE.

In automatic mode (or even LTE band 12 preferred), my S6A never connects to band 12 on its own. The only way I can get my S6A on band 12 is by forcing it (via *#2263#). Data works but not voice calls, so it seems AT&T VoLTE is incompatible with TMo.
