Bands?

Do you think its a bad thing that they are not selling replacement bands?? They can make money off of them, unless a new watch is coming soon... ughhhh!
They are selling them just not selling them in the US. I think they are going to soon...

I ordered a spare charging cradle from the Samsung site today for $29 other sellers are selling them for $49.

For those in the UK , Samsung direct are selling them for £40 including P&P. Next day deliver as well. My red one is arriving tomorrow morning and I haven't even got the watch yet.. Um..

By their track record another one is surely coming. But they still could capitalize off the bands. The gear fit has them, similar band, I really don't understand why Samsung didn't make more.

If that's what they will sell for here it is very comparable to what I've paid on eBay... If not a little more than I've paid.

Interesting

Oh, you can pretty much bet on it. I would estimate it will be iwatch release date + 3 months.

Looks weird to me with so much rubber in the band so the transition to the metal doesn't look natural. Also, it seems you can barely see the metal unless you rotate your around to see it.

Why couldn't Sammy or an actual retailer come out with something similar that perhaps doesn't show as much rubber. But I'll be honest if it was a retailer I would have bought as is.

I want a couple different colors..for some reason I was expecting to pay 35 to 40 bucks for each..do you think they will be cheaper in the future?...think I will wait a while before purchasing.
Well I did that wrong I was trying to reply but I wanted was a thank you so you can keep the thank you and now I will reply. I think anything over about 20 bucks is a ridiculously high price for a piece of plastic that wraps around your wrist. I'll just keep the band that came with mine unless someone eventually comes up with the band that is more dressy or something. The band is the one thing that does not thrill me about this watch.

I found a used oem one on Amazon for $30. When it arrived it was still in the original packaging, unopened. Yes it's a bit more than your max budget but still half of one considered new from Samsung.

There are several types of bands available now, including metal ones. I've seen them listed on eBay and Amazon.

Look for a You Tube video from LPX Tech. He's selling metal bands for the Gear S. I ordered it through EBay and am absolutely loving it.
