Battery and its info page

Anyone find that the percentages displayed in the battery info page don't seem to tally up? I am at 40% remaining but the total of used battery by apps is 43%. The heaviest used is screen at 7%. It doesn't appear as informative or accurate as KitKat was.

Plus battery performance is worse. Before I easily achieved 18 hours. Now its barely 12.

They don't add up because they are not percentages of the total battery - they are percentages of the portion used so far.

That doesn't make sense.

Like now I am at 8% remaining, but the total of the apps listed is 64%.
