Battery conditioning question

So after I run my battery down to 0 and it shuts off, do I keep it off for the night until it's fully charged or is it ok to turn it on when it's ready to be turned back on?

There really is no battery conditioning anymore with lithium batteries. But I would leave it off until it's fully charged and then turn it back on. I believe that you can still bump charge.

Bump charging is also bad for the battery. This causes the battery to overcharge by a small amount by pushing extra voltage into it (not a very good explanation, but it works).

Lithium Ion/Polymer batteries operate most efficient when they are not ran all the way down. you can actually wear your battery out faster by letting it drain until it's completely empty.
