Battery Cover not gripping at all teeth.

I noticed today that my battery cover in the top left corner was not snapping at two of the teeth. After driving to two sprint stores, a best buy and about an hour on the phone I finally got sprint to send me another phone at their expense. I know it might be a little anal but spending 250 bucks should guarantee that a little plastic door should fit snug on the device.

I did happen to pick up the Samsung flip case while at the store. I like the protection it gives but it makes quick access to the phone a little bit of a hassle. I'll rock it for a few days and see if it grows on me. I prefer a naked phone.
