I had some apps that were not working properly so I decided to restart my phone by holding the power button in for like 10 seconds & when the phone reboot itself the battery was on 23% when it was on 30% before I rebooted it. Is this normal?

Battery drops on reboots are fairly common and seem to range anywhere from 1-10% at times. I wouldn't be worried about it.

That's OK then. Did have another problem when my phone came back on. WhatsApp said the time & date on my phone were incorrect but I thought no it's not as it's been perfectly fine since I got the phone in March so carried on using it. Went to start miitomo up & a message came up saying the time & date were wrong so I looked at the time on my phone & yes the time was wrong. Went into settings to sort the time & date out & my phone said it was 21st November 2015 & the time was 1:33pm when it was 2:10pm. So how can I get the correct time & date as well as having both options at the top turned on as I can only have one option on here

When I turn on the first option it goes back to November last year at 1:33pm. Any ideas?

Automatic time I believe gets the date and time from your mobile/cell tower connection, so I'd suspect a badly misconfigured cell tower that is responding with the wrong time. Leave it off automatic until you travel someplace with a different cell tower (that should be just a few miles) and see if it keeps the proper time when you turn on automatic there.

At work tonight I turned on the first option & the time & date stayed the same, now I'm home & it's still the correct date & time too. Hopefully this is all sorted now. Thank you everyone for your answers.
