Battery fault - won't charge past 80%

Over the last few days I've found that the battery on my Mate 9 drains about half way through the day. As we all know, the battery life on the Mate 9 is usually awesome, so something isn't right. Yesterday morning I noticed the battery had only charged to 80%, figured I hadn't charged it for long enough. Yesterday evening and overnight I charged it, for perhaps 15 hours, yet it only reached 80% again!
Looks like I better call the shop I got it from, see what together can do

It charges Super fast with the original charger and cable.

Gsam is the only app I am aware of but don't know how well it monitors amps and charging. It should.

You should have a year warranty right out of the box that covers defective batteries. It sounds like a bad cell within the battery
