Battery Issue

I have bought a samsung s3 mini 8 months ago. But it has a problem of battery. It shuts automatically when browsing, taking photos and running apps. It doesn't show exact Battery percentage. I have charged it and it shows battery full very quickly and drains very fast. please give me a solution.

If the battery is removable, see about getting it replaced.
