Battery issues recently...advice?

I've been getting horrible SOT with my S9 plus recently and I don't know what is going on. I used to get 4.5-5 hours SOT no problem but now I can barely get 3 and I would have to be on WiFi all day for that to be accomplished. Any advice?

Erase all content and settings, try a new version of software the Samsung discord is pretty helpful with that

Yr phone radio alone takes 49% .. ?
Lower yr brightness and use dark home screen will help ..

Can't tell exactly how strong your cell signal is, but it looks like only 2 bars. If it's low, that'll suck down your battery. So you should endeavor to use a femtocell (or "mini-tower" or "network extender" depending on your cell provider , and make sure that wifi calling is enabled. When I have only one or two bars of cell strength, wifi calling is used on my phone. Not quite as good as strong cellular for battery use, but better than just a low cell signal.

I've always had my brightness on auto so that can't be a factor

At works bars normally are 2 maybe 3 at a time. At home I'm always on WiFi calling

Biggest user is the phone radio. 49% is way high! When you are home you say you are on WiFi calling. As a test, while staying on WiFi try turning the cell radio off.
