I last charged my S9 plus at 9:00 a.m. this morning fully charged. I just got out of work at 5:40 p.m. and battery is at 48% and this was with watching hulu for about an hour at lunchtime if there was any doubt from going from the note 8 to the 9 plus the battery is a lot better even on the S8 plus battery life was better than the note 8. I hated having to charge the note 8 2 to 3 times A day.

That's good to hear. I'm still setting mine up so my battery is getting a beating. I'm most pleased that the phone will charge in the built in wireless charger my car has. The Note 8 was a little to big for it and wouldn't work. But the s9 plus works just fine. Very exciting for me.

Superb on the S9 on a full day one. Worked it hard with full screen resolution, brightness about 70%, 3 1/2 hours of screen on time, bluetooth all day, hour of prime music streaming, hour of mobile hotspot, always on display. 14 hours of battery so far with just under 20% left.

Works for me...

How is the standby time on your device, do you lose a lot of battery overnight?

So far I can't tell. I am currently working overnight shifts and so I have only left the phone idle with AOD on for about 3-4 hrs at a time. From my perspective I would say no right now. However, I have disabled many apps and certain services that I will never use. So my standby drain might not really be comparable to the next.
