Battery 'conditioning' is something that dates back to Nickel Cadmium batteries of old. Lithium Ion batteries don't develope 'memories' like NiCd packs did.
By everything, does that include always on and now playing?
I am getting my p2 today. In the meantime I tested this on my Moto g5+. Wow, for months and months the AOD has been killing my battery. Seriously, big difference I've noticed in just 6 hours with the Moto.I keep brightness around 24-30% sometimes I tweak it. Aod off, I found the feature to be more annoying than anything else really. I leave now playing on. I still get phenomenal battery life.
I have 60 percent left, phones been unplugged for 6h 30m. I have 3 hours of SOT.
Inturned adaptive brightness off a couple of hours ago because I came from LCD, so even this dim OLED display is bright to me.

Gross, conditioning should be avoided if at all possible. That's a method that hasn't been advisable for at least 8 years.
Ok hoping the best for you and your phoneDo a Google search and you will find everyone is contradicting each other on this matter. But I think I did right; because the first time I charged the phone when I received it, it jumped from 100% to 94 in a blink of the eye. But everything is set now; I went from 100% to 99 during two hours recently...
