Battery life with Pebble Smartwatch

Whether it was my previous Note 2 or my current Moto X, I notice no difference in battery life while using the Pebble.

No noticeable difference for me.

Keep in mind that the Pebble claims to last 5-7 days between charges and it has a tiny battery compared to a phone. That's also something to keep in mind when people claim that turning Bluetooth off will have some significant difference with how long your phone battery lasts. If a tiny battery can last a week when it runs Bluetooth and a screen, then using Bluetooth on your phone probably won't have that big of an effect because you have a much larger battery.

Actually it is BT 4.0 its massively lower on power consumption compared to 3.0

The difference is negligible.

This statement clarifies your lack of any knowledge about the differences between BT 3.0 and BT 4.0. Unless 90% less draw on standby and 245% less draw active is something you consider "negligible" then you need a serious look are your English education.
