Battery management?

How do you "manage" your battery?

I rarely let mine get below 50% and not sure if this is a good thing or not. I just plug it in when I get in my truck at times (I have the fast charger plugged into my trucks at plug ) so with a 15 minute or so drive here and there I get some good charge. And at my desk I have the slow charger and plug it in there until it gets up to 90% plus so whenever I have to run out its charged.

Is this bad for it, good for it or indifferent?

Or should I let it run down to 0 every so
often?

I also don't leave it on charger once hits 100%, so I don't put on charger overnight and leave it.

I plug mine I when it gets to about 80 while at my desk and then charge overnight while sleeping. Usually plugged in while in the truck.
