Battery Replacement Moto 360 Gen 1

When you replace the battery how do you make sure the electronics, etc fit properly in the case. I know there are four (4) small pieces of plastic that fit around the edges of the internal mechanism and apparently fit under the lip of the case to hold everything tightly in place. Can you reuse these and if so how are they installed? Secondly, I cannot get the stem push button to align properly, is there a certain way this needs to be installed to get it to work? Finally how do you reattach the plastic back? I have read elsewhere to use a silicone adhesive. Thanks for your help.
