I am coming from the Infuse. It appears the batteries are the same in physical size.

Has anyone tried or have experience in using an Infuse 1750 battery in the Skyrocket or other phone where it fits?

I have 4 Infuse batteries, Id rather not have to buy new ones.

I will try it myself but my is tied up at the moment.

UPDATE: Ive found that although physically the same size, the 1750 battery wont work in the skyrocket based on it being a 3 contact battery.

bootloop? Bro I have no clue what you are saying.

Regardless, Ive found that although physically the same size, the 1750 battery wont work in the skyrocket based on it being a 3 contact battery.

you should try doing a search here and on xda. There were reports of the device rebooting while charging when using a non-NFC battery. The battery actually has some NFC circuitry, it is not just a power source.

Ok, thanks for the clarification.

I went from the Infuse and had 4 aftermarket batteries and they worked perfect in the skyrocket, never an issue......
