Battery swollen and ghost touches

My phone has ghost touches problem. When I remove the back cover, I see that my battery is swollen. When ghost touches happens, I plug in the charging cable and the ghost touches will gone temporarily. And I wish to confirm that does the swollen battery makes the ghost touches problem. If yes, I will change the battery. Any answers will be appreciated.

Those dot things can be disabled in developer options... Show touches...
I'd go into service mode and check the hardware there. With Sammy device it's *#0*#... You can test the screen and the digitiser to rule out hardware. If that all check out, then it's software causing your issues.

I'm 100% sure that it is hardware problem and the dot things just enable me to diagnostic the problem

The problem is fixed by changing lcd including touch panel.
