batyery life sucks

If your battery is really doing that then simply return it for a new device, I have a Note 2 also.

The attachments wouldn't load for me. Can tell us how much screen on time you are getting per charge? Also, what brightness setting are you using? At high brightness, you should see about 4.5 hours (+ OR - about 30) in my experience. Significantly less would indicate a problem to me.

Also, if you are planning to return it for a swap, where did you buy it?
 
I've had this device for a few days and had an opportunity to put the battery to test. All I can say is I am over the top impressed!

I went to a close verizon outlet but the person told me all verizon stores are owned by different companies so they might have different policies. They said that they could test my battery and utilize the 14 day warranty

If you're still within the 14 days then request an exchange, if they're unwilling to do so then just return it.
