Be wise...return asap - Samsung soon to limit returns to Samsung devices

So I bought my note 7 thru At&t on a installment plan. However I talked to Samsung directly today they said they would give me full refund after I sent back..but now I called At&t they said I would owe the money for phone ?..what do I do?

You should probably use the refund you get from Samsung to pay off att.

You haven't actually paid for the phone yet since youre on a next plan, att financed it for you. Think its right to cancel your next and pocket the $900 from samsung?

Me too waiting till Samsung officially announces that it will power down the phone
all i want is to use it till i get the Galaxy S8
dont even want to return it after that

I agree! Just because I liked the Note 7, doesn't mean I will be happy with an S7. At the end of the day its not my fault I am having to give back the Note 7 so why force me to take an alternative Samsung. Not to mention some people may have no confidence in Samsung as a brand now. I am more forgiving, but I still don't want the S7!

I know that feeling. I really did NOT want to give mine back. Its a company phone though and eventually I actually got a telling off and was forced to return it (not sure if they were more worried about the potential fire hazards or losing out on the return window).

Anyway I finally managed to let it go on Friday and am now using a Pixel XL. No idea what its like in terms of capabilities, but looks wise I feel like I have gone from Bradley Copper to Dobby from Harry Potter. Don't get me wrong I think Dobby is kinda cute but doesn't mean I want to wake up to him every morning!
