I got one for free the other day and I got to say I was pleasantly surprised by it. It sounds really good for a small speaker box. It has great clarity at any volume. Of course it lacks big bass but that's expected. It didn't distort at all and it was actually to loud for my taste. it seems well made. I wouldn't pay full retail price because it's a lol steep but other than that it's a good product. Has anyone else tried any other beats speaker box or high end speaker boxes?

from what ever phone I feel like using today.

Haven't tried the Beats one, but those Jawbone Bluetooth speakers are crazy! Coming from a guy with a full automotive audio system, from tweeters to subs and multiple amps, I'm stunned at the sound some of these little guys products, especially the Jawbone models.

Agree with you, though, that they're entirely too expensive. Personally I have the Creative D100 speaker as it was like $50. Still a very good sound for listening to music about my apartment.

I do agree with u on how much sound comes out of those tiny speakers.

I just read an add that said if At&t customers buy the beats pill and trade in their current smartphone will get the Htc One for free (32 gig version). Anyone do this?

Yeah the One has amazing sound quality. How ironic that the One lists for more than some widescreen HDTV's do, and while the TV is much bigger, the sound out of the One is much better :-*

I seen that too. I looked asked the store about it and what they do is discount the price of the phone to 99$ and then give u a 100$ credit if ur smartphone is less than three years old and still works. But the catch is that if u don't like it and want to return it there's a 10% restocking fee on the pill and a 35$ for the phone. They get there commission that way no matter what.

They make the deal sound better than it is. The total cost to u is 200$ out of pocket plus ur 100$ credit for ur trade in. still can't beat that tho.
