Got the Incredible on launch day at a Big Red store and been loving this phone! Recently got my wife an Incredible 2. Makes my phone feel real old (and look real small!).

Just waiting for the next wow phone. Would love to get Dual Core with LTE. Would like the battery to be horrible! But we will just see what comes. Bionic is looking good.

Not too too concerned about limits, I usually use just over a gig per month, so a 2 gig limit would be fine I think.

Also, thinking about rooting my phone for the first time. Getting some lag issues when going back to the home screen, using Go Launcher. Not sure the cause. Anyway, DINC, love you, but you are acting old! :)

Root and run CM7 and you will have a brand new phone to play with!

Check out the How to root thread in ROM's and Hacks as well as the CM7 thread.

Happy flashing!

CM7 is an awesome ROM, but also consider Skyraider 4.1 if you like the Sense look and feel. 4.1 is pretty snappy itself, but there are lots of options out there.

I'm not familiar with CM7 but have visited their website and viewed some of the recent messages in the CM7 thread on this forum.

Does anyone know whether CM7 resolves the '150 MB limit for the Data folder' issue that is causing many of the chronic 'low on space' warnings that I and many other users are encountering?

I don't know if it removes the 150 MB limit completely, but some people have said that they haven't seen the error on CM7 after getting it on the stock ROM. AOSP is less bloated then Sense, so it gives you more room to play with.
