I recall seeing online in my account I could block numbers calling and texting. Not sure where at exactly on your account but its there.

There is an app called anti sms bomber I believe.

GoSMS has blacklisting built in. I also believe you can do it without the need of an app if you have CM7 (which is almost every ROM on here.)
