Bell S4 deleted EFS folder...rooted with stock ROM..boots in factory mode.......

Hi guys, after 3 weeks of digging and trying I am about to give up. My S4 has been rooted and works fine but boots in Factory Mode. I have no power options or lock screen. I am 100% positive the EFS folder is empty. I checked with every root file browser and it is empty. I still have an IMEI and everything works with the exception of a few things. I need to manually activate wifi after a reboot and there are no power options or dual app capability etc.. Does anyone have a fix for this or do I have to live with this ? Any help would be great..

Use the backup you created before you rooted your device.

No backup. Can I copy and modify the efs folder contents from another S4?
