What's the best android phone I can possible get. I am looking for one under 16gb.

If you happen to be shopping on Monday th 9th, the Moto X has a limited quantity sale for $150 off, making it the best phone (IMO) and equal price to the Nexus 5 (probably 2nd (IMO) or 3rd best). Really depends on what you're looking for as far as "best" though. Do you like big phones, small phones, plastic or metal materials?

There is no best Android phone, this is highly subjective base on indivdual needs.

These are currently the best Androids you can get, I'd say give them each a good look e.g. read and watch a variety of reviews on them, and decide which may suit you the best.
