So far as I know, you'll only get LTE with Go Phone and AIO wireless, but AIO's LTE is limited to speeds no higher than 8 Mbps which kind of defeats the purpose of LTE since HSPA+ can easily surpass 8 Mbps. One of the best kept secrets about AIO is that the plans are actually unlimited data. Once you pass your high speed "soft-cap", you still get throttled data at 256 kbps, and if you look at the the in this forum regarding AIO wireless, a/c members are saying that the throttled speeds with AIO are quite functional, even fast enough to use YouTube and and stream live music.
I've used Net10, $45 a month if you autopay, which only has 1.5GB of data. I think I'd average about 2-3 Mbps. I've been really happy with Net10 and the big benefit is great indoor coverage and no problem getting HSPA+ when I've been on the road or out of state. (Other a/c members have posted problems getting data traveling but not me). I never minded the slower speeds because it was always fast enough to stream Google Music and YouTube without buffering even if it was under 1 Mbps. Sometimes i get speeds as high as 7 or 8 Mbps. I've never been throttled with them, but then again, I've never used more the 200 MB of data in a day.
There's Airvoice Wireless, H2O wireless, and Red Pocket Mobile. All their plans seem to offer about 2 GB for around the same price, maybe $55 or $60, but one of those three, (I believe), offers 3GB of data, whereas the other two only offer 2 GB. YMMV with any of the three. It is hard to know exactly what they mean by "high speed data" and exactly the kind of speeds they in fact deliver. One of the benefits of Go Phone or AIO wireless is that the policy is clearly laid out and easy to understand and you know you get what you pay for. There is also Straight Talk with AT&T service, but I'd stay away from them since lots of complaints about random throttling.
I know the answer isn't really an answer to your specific question, and what I've said is kind of all over the map, but that is the info I have based on my own experiences navigating through AT&T mvno's and hopefully some of it will b useful to you.
Edit: I should add one thing. I don't think I've ever seen somebody post that while on any AT&T mvno they got speeds faster than 8 Mbps. (Now watch, somebody is going to promptly post they get 20 Mbsp speeds with Straight Talk lol). If speed is the most important factor, and since you have an LTE enabled phone, then Go Phone would offer fastest speeds. At $60 for 2GB of data, I think it is about the same price as any other AT&T mvno. Maybe $5 to $15 more but you do get access to LTE and a clearly defined policy. The few threads I've seen where people compare Go Phone LTE speeds to regular AT&T postpaid LTE speeds is that they are the same as far as they can tell. And I just saw a post from somebody with AT&T in Brooklyn saying they got LTE speeds of 35 Mbps. It might have been postpaid, but nonetheless that is light speed.
