when can i expect the best buy gift card for pre-ordering the card.

if you picked your phone up from the store you should have received it at the same time. If online I would assume they would have emailed you at the time of shipping.

In store, they gave me a bunch of papers. It's part of the pack of papers (as another paper).

I got it at the store. I never even really received a physical card, I was able to put it towards the purchase of the phone.

I had mine shipped. I called BB yesterday and he said that I will get the gift card AFTER the 15 day return period. Yeah, stupid

BB told me last night that they processed it and I should receive it by email in the next week. Who knows if they told me the truth. I didn't get it with my phone though (ordered online and shipped).
