How was the shutter speed compared to your 3xl ?
I'm looking at getting a 10e and almost pulled the trigger on a pre order but I am concerned the camera won't match up to my pixel 3

Slightly faster imo but honestly not by much. That's my main concern as well, my Pixel 3 XL camera shots are just amazing.

Thanks for the info. The camera is a big concern for or me too. For me the 3xl set the bar pretty high so the S10 camera has to be real good.

Check your local BB, I'm playing with a S10+ right now at BB in Maryland. This phone is stunning, light, fast and sexy AF!!! One UI looks really nice too. I'll be here for about 20-30 if anyone wants to know anything

What colors did they have on the S10 plus? I have a 1:15 hair appt tomorrow not too far from Best Buy I'm gonna call and see if they have one on display. I want to see the pink in person looks like coral to me not sure I'll like it.

I think the whole wireless earbuds charging is worth it on its own. Everything else for me is extra great stuff.

I've played around the camera earlier. Zoom, regular and wide angle shots came out really nice

I compared the pictures to my Mate 20 Pro. Very close in terms of quality. S10+ won a couple and M20Pro won a couple.

The S10+ shows a little brighter image in some areas.

M20Pro wide-angle showed off a little more detailed pictures

Didn't test compared the zoom in though. I took a couple zoom in with the S10+ and they were good. I didn't take any with my M20Pro.

No one will be disappointed in the camera department.

Stopped by my local BB. Sadly only colors they had were prism black and white. Really wanted to see the ceramic white in person.

There was a spot on the display to "test" out the powershare. I couldn't get the actual unit to work, wasnt sure if its turned off. Some guy was talking to the specialist so I couldn't ask.


Anyone else felt the S10e. The frame wasnt flushed to the front glass. You could feel the frame edge.

I'm hoping to look at the demos after work tonight. Hopefully I don't work to late. I'm going to messure the size differance between my Note 9 and the S10 plus. Hopefully I won't be disapointed.

I didnt notice anything funky about the glass on the 10e being not flush on the one I handled.
But the shutter speed wasnt anywhere near as good as my pixel 3. Maybe it was just because it was a demo who knows.
Honestly though it felt so light in the hand it almost felt cheap .
The display was great of course .
I normally buy the latest flagships from Samsung and Google every year but I'm just not feeling the new S10 line. I actually went back to Best buy and got me and my girl friend new iphones just to have something new to learn about and play with till the new pixels come out.

I hate how people associate lightness with cheapness. Carry a brick if you want something premium in your hands. Geez. Last thing we need is heavy phones. We carry it around all day, it's good for the muscles if it's lighter.

I just left Best Buy to look at these S10. And I absolutely love the 10 plus. Its shorter and narrower than my Note9. Oh it's also lighter as well. I have no regrets pre-orderering this at all.

I love that it is shorter than the N9 but has the same screen size. I do wish that it didn't get narrower. I like a little bit wider phones.
