My husband had preordered at the BB store. They said took his email, but said they would call him to schedule an appointment. He finally called Thursday night and was told there were no AT&T S6 phones in yet. My daughter-in-law (who is the owner of the account, even though we're all authorized users) texted me the email that SHE got saying that the phone was in, and we needed to pick it up by Saturday, or the order would be cancelled. Nothing about an appointment (which was actually fine with us). Picking it went pretty smoothly, though. We didn't have a Samsung rep helping us, so no free t-shirt, although I did see a pile of them as I was wandering around the Samsung area. The last thing we need is more t-shirts, though. ;-)
