Best Buy Pre-Orders

I have in store pick up for my order. Would I be able to change which store I can pick up at after the order processes?
You can't. You have to pick it up att bat specific store unless you cancel your original order.
Well headed to Altoona, PA from Ohio Thursday to see family, so hopefully can pick it up there at the store I picked on Thursday, that's if they release them early! Thanks for letting me know!
Here's my current status. Ordered Midnight S8 on 30th Online for home delivery. Currently in the Preparing Stage with "get it by 4/25". Fingers crossed that's an overshot estimate or glitch as being reported. Received an email from BB with Device Contract Agreement earlier today.
In other news, it shows the Zagg screens as being in store tomorrow. Might pick one up and try it out after I get the phone in hand. I'll have them put it on as I suck at that.
Quite a fun thread here BTW. All the anticipation and speculation is almost nail biting. Big thanks to the Best Buy guys too.
This is like group consoling or AA for us in the final days of the new tech.

Since my daughter has my car and my store closes in 30mins, I texted my GM and asked her if there was any news. I was told that preordered online orders w/ shipping will most likely be delivered tomorrow, from what she's seeing from the communication she's receiving.
She said that "online in-store pick-up" orders should be good to go on Thursday.
She isn't 100% sure but this is what she been told so far.
This can also vary from store to store and especially vary from Best Buy Mobile and the Big Big Best Buy Stores. Not saying it will, but it could.

I ordered mine in a Best Buy mobile in CNY. Can you give me any indications?
I would think online / pickup in store orders will be tomorrow or Thursday. I'm not 100% sure I'm going based off what I was told.

Sounds nice, but wonder how late they could ship something and it still make it here tomorrow. Seems like if receiving tomorrow were a possibility, I would see some indication its been shipped, either on my order status as some others have seen, or on UPS MyChoice Acct. Nuttin so far other than "preparing".
Either way, appreciate all the info you've been providing!
I ordered online 5 minutes after pre orders went live for in store pickup. My status has never changed. I wonder if i should stop in there tomorrow or the next day. Maybe ill wait but if i have to wait till the 21st i guess ill have to be in line for when the store opens. They really should start filling pre orders as Friday will be hell in there anyway so why not get pre orders out of the way? Oh yea that makes sense that is why.

I got all excited because I got an email from bestbuy.com with the title "congratulations here's your reward!". It was only my scan code for my $100 off.

I go into work tomorrow morning and will try and get some more insight from the mobile manager. I know my in store preorder shows Thursday as the pick up date. Will try to get some clarification for everyone!
