Last month with all the hub bub over the EVO 4G LTE pre orders with Best Buy they were very wishy washy when I called the store on 5/24 to see if the pre order phones were in yet. I call at 12:30 and they said no. I asked if I would get an email when they were in and she said "yes". 10 minutes later, I got the email. Left work early and flew down the road to get my phone. When I got to the store, with my Best Buy email in my hand, they said they hadn't gotten the phones in yet. So I was pretty miffed. Went home and sulked a bit, but decided to get in the pool and took my old Evo out with me "just in case". Got a call 10 minutes into the water telling me I could come and get my phone. This story just shows that the employees don't really have a clue as to what has or hasn't arrived in the stock room until it is brought out to them on the floor. Hope this is the case because I did a pre order at BB for Hubby at the same store and he is anxiously awaiting getting his hands on his first Android since he has held on tightly to his orginal Palm Pre.
