Best Buy Preorders?

Just called the Waterford Lakes store in Orlando, Florida. The girl said it hasn't arrived yet, but they will call and email when they do arrive. It sounded like a pretty generic answer, and not sure if she knew what she was talking about. Anyone else in Orlando have any luck?

I'm in South NJ and my local BB has them but said they aren't releasing them til Friday or Saturday I am going to go there and show them memo saying the phones can be released as soon as inventory arrives

Which S. Jersey store you talking about? I preordered in Moorestown ans was told they were releasing the preorders as soon as they came in.

Called my BB in the Chicago Suburbs and she said she had "no idea" when they were coming in. I can't pick up tomorrow because I'm out of town for the holiday weekend. Pretty frustrating but at least I confirmed I do not lose the $50 gift card for preordering if I am unable to pick up my phone this weekend

I havent called yet. Mine was via bestbuy.com though. I'm hoping they'll just call me and tell me to pick it up from the store versus home delivery.

"Mueller store" aka 51st and I35.

when the 1st delay happened the store sent an email w/ 8 or so other emails, and I was the 1st name so I should be good. they didn't BCC the recipients, so i could email them in theory and ask them if they have gotten anything yet.



FWIW, ive been calling the other stores all around Austin, so i dont keep bothering my own store, because I assume when one store gets their stock in, it wont be long before its at the others.

They called back, they dont have a clue and I asked when do their trucks come, she said their big trucks come Tues. and Sat. and they do get some trucks on other days.... what a mess. congrats to those that got theirs today.

Best Buy in Round Rock doesn't have them yet either, but she was optimistic that they would get them today saying "we have a truck scheduled for around lunch which will have the Evo's on board."

Just glad the folks at the Best Buys around here know whats going on and we're not getting the run around that it seems a lot of people are getting.

Nice, I could have pre-ordered there also but went with the Pflugerville store. Its weird that they have a truck scheduled around lunch. That sounds more like a Best Buy truck and not a UPS truck.
