I believe so, per the site they are and when I went in the store yesterday they still were.

I talked to Best Buy around 6PM EDT and their answer was "Yes". Also, they are giving a $50 BB gift card with each pre-order. This was a BB Mobile and when I asked if this applied to all BB locations, I received another "Yes!".

YMMV ... and considering my past experience with BB you may want to call ahead of time.

Thanks. I better place a preorder before they decide to get rid of it. I'll probably use that $50 gift card to get a case and a medialink dongle

yeah just seen the first EVO LTE commerical tonight from best buy and they are still advertising the $50 giftcard with purchase
