I got there when they opened. I asked the Best Buy Mobile employee what he thought the best option would be, Price Match or Return and re-purchase. He took my receipt, went to the customer service area and came back in 5 minutes. He refunded all but $.01, he said that was the easiest way to do it. There wasnt much to it. I'm pretty happy, I was about to get another one since they had about 30 of them but i cant part with my Incredible. Although I do love that 4 inch screen!
