Even though I've just passed my 14th day, I'm still wondering if it's possible to get a GS3 if it ends up being that much better. (Although my meticulous comparisons between the two are slowly starting to fade).
I bought my phone at Best Buy and when they were explaining the terms, everything about the 14 day window was about my service contract and my upgrade eligibility. I can cancel my service contract and maintain my upgrade eligibility within 14 days. But what if I still want to commit to the service contract, but want to exchange phone models from the EVO to the GS3? Will Best Buy's corporate 30 day return/exchange policy work?
I picked up my EVO on the 24th, which means the GS3 launch lands within my 30 day return period.
