Best camera phone for toddlers and low light?

Want to take pictures and video of fast moving toddlers in low light. I'm a point and shoot type person. Which phone would be best for me?

I was considering the iPhone 6 plus, Sony Z3, HTC Desire Eye, and Note 4 though I'm open to other options too.

It's really not the phone but the person taking the picture that matters. Any of the phones you mentioned will do fine.

I have used the 6p and Note 4 and the 6p is better for what you are asking. The s6 should be an improvement over the note 4

htc eye is most likely the best. also its waterproof.

Thanks. But I can't stand the lack of good video stabilization on it.

For toddlers or babies. Try Vivo xshot.. It has a children mode.
