Best Clear case out there for HTC One M8

That case looks good, actually. Is it TPU or something harder? Does is scratch or get yellowish? What about taking photos with flash, no problems?

I use this one too. I think its a great case. My only complaints are that it seems to attract a lot of dust. and it gets scratches that are visible if you look close.

After having the phone for about a year. I've gone through two clear cases because they keep turning yellow. Unless someone can give me a recommendation. I'm just going to get a gray gun metal case.
